About Us

We are a family farm based in Minesing, Ontario, specializing in the cultivation of the haskap berry - also known as honeyberry - a unique and nutrient rich fruit that thrives in our northern Canadian climate.

At Springwater Haskap Inc., our focus is on growing high quality berries and sharing them through our thoughtfully crafted products. From our signature haskap jams and teas to our fresh sourdough bread and baked goods, many of the foods available in our farm store are inspired by what we love to grow and share with you.

Our berries are grown with care and without the use of sprays or chemical inputs, allowing the natural quality of the fruit to shine through. Alongside products made on the farm, we also offer a carefully selected range of specialty foods from Ontario producers

Springwater Haskap Inc. is proud to be a member of the Haskap Berry Growers Association of Ontario (HBGAO), working alongside other growers to support and promote haskap cultivation across the province.

We look forward to welcoming visitors to the farm and sharing the flavour, quality, and versatility of this remarkable Canadian grown berry. God bless!
